As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our production processes, ensuring optimal cost control and efficiency.

What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement cost control strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Analyze production data to identify cost drivers and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor production cost reports, budgets, and forecasts to support management decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Provide cost optimization insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal control policies.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee cost analysts and production control staff.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in an Engineering-related course.
- At least six (6) years of managerial experience in production planning and cost analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budget management, forecasting, procurement, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Working knowledge of Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) manufacturing processes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
